HOW WE DO BUSINESS
All payments for mileage are made by cashier's checks, US Postal money orders or direct bank transfers - whichever the client prefers. There are no payments made by company checks. We pay before we ask you to have tickets issued from the purchased mileage. We do not know of any other brokers who pay upfront cash for mileage they might use months later.
We do not expect payments until after purchased tickets are issued and the client has either received them in paper format or has received a printed confirmation from the relevant carrier in the case of e-tickets.
We do not accept credit cards. This enables us to sell tickets at a lower price and takes any risk of default away from clients who might have made advance credit card payments. We accept personal and company checks.
Our ticket prices are among the lowest in the industry. You might want to check the quotes on other websites prior to contacting us.
All e-mail or phone calls are returned the same day. If we cannot be of assistance, you will be contacted anyway. In many cases, we will have alternative suggestions as to how you might proceed to achieve your objectives.
Our business is structured around taking any real or perceived risks away from the mileage seller or ticket buyer. We understand that there might be some reluctance to initiate business transactions over the internet, therefore, we assume the transactional risks.
